MultiAir® Trim Loop System (Live Demonstration)

The MultiAir® is an energy-efficient blower that serves as the heart of thousands of Kongskilde

pneumatic conveying solutions across the world. The MultiAir® Trim Loop System will be

running live to demonstrate efficient trim handling for high-speed production. With intelligent

airflow control and energy optimization, the MultiAir® ensures stable conveying, reduced energy

consumption, quieter operation, and increased productivity.

NEW: CUB-1600 with Waste Screw Compactor

The CUB-1600 All-in-One Unit, on display with the new Waste Screw Compactor option, offers

compact, flexible trim removal with unlimited capacity. With the addition of the new Waste

Screw Compactor, waste can be compressed directly into standard bins, ensuring continuous

operation for high-volume productions.

Soundproof Pipes

Kongskilde’s wide range of OK and FK pipes are now available with a soundproof outer shell

that reduces noise levels in pneumatic conveying systems, creating quieter and safer working

conditions without compromising performance. Modular and easy to integrate into new or

existing setups, they improve workplace comfort and help meet noise regulations in modern

production environments.

Angel Hair Traps

Angel Hair Traps prevent contamination and blockages by capturing plastic streamers

during the conveying of granulates. This ensures cleaner material flow, protects downstream

equipment, reduces maintenance, and improves product quality.
