K will take place from 08-15 October 2025 at the Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre. This year we would like to offer you the opportunity to present your trade media at the press stand on site as well as at our digital press stand.
What we offer?
On Site: The Press Stand
At the press stand you have the opportunity to display up to 250 free copies of your trade magazines. Our stand staff will take care of the coordination and replenishment of the magazines.
Digital: The digital Press Stand on our K Portal
Participation allows you to expand the presence of your trade medium on our K Portal. And not only that, you can reach your readers even before the trade fair starts. The digital press stand is online two weeks before the trade fair and also visible three months after the end of K 2025.
All digital press stand participants are also kindly requested to fill out and return the Media Info Form and your logo in JPEG-Format (350 x 200 Pixel) by 1 September 2025 to the K press team AngelovaD@messse-duesseldorf.de.
All online trade press stand participants must complete the Media Info Form digitally. Forms filled in by hand will not be accepted.
Please understand that only trade media can participate. Advertising material as well as writings with religious, political, ideological or other non-topic-related content are excluded from participation. Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to reject media that do not comply with the regulations.
What does participation cost?

You can display up to 250 free copies of your trade journal on site. The costs of delivery will be paid by you. You will be invoiced for the amount after the fair.
Unfortunately, any copies left over after the end of the fair cannot be returned for cost reasons. Therefore, please ensure that any remaining stock is collected in good time.
How can I deliver my magazines? When should they arrive?
Please send the copies of your magazines (max. 250 copies) between 26 September and 2 October 2025 free of charge and duty-free for usto the forwarding company Kühne & Nagel. Until the press stand is set up, your magazines will be stored at Kühne & Nagel and then delivered from there directly to the press stand.
Please remember to clearly mark your boxes/pallets with the keyword “Press Stand K 2025". Important: Please use the courier services' tracking options to carry out a status enquiry for your information!The press team is unable to provide information on the status of the shipment.
